In July 2022, Elephant Robotics released myBuddy—a dual-arm, 13-axis humanoid collaborative robot powered by Raspberry Pi with multiple functions—at an incredible price. It works with multiple accessories such as suction pumps, grippers, and more. Additionally, users can boost their secondary development with the artificial intelligence and myAGV kits and detailed tutorials published by Elephant Robotics. myBuddy helps users achieve more applications and developments as a collaborative robotic arm.

Elephants Robotics myBuddy 280, aka myBuddy 280 Pi, is a dual-arm collaborative robot for education with a 7-inch display powered by Raspberry Pi 4 SBC, and also features three ESP32-based M5Stack core modules that help with the internal communication between the motors and the Raspberry Pi board.

The company's first hobbyist- and education-level twin-arm collaborative robot design, myBuddy aims to pack in the features. The myBuddy 280 is now available on the Elephant Robotics store, priced at $1,699; the base and clamp is an additional $49.99, the adaptive gripper $99.99, the camera flange $99.99, and the suction pump accessory $129.99.
